OK Ladies, so what I am going to do is the following. I am going to start treating my nails with the love and care they deserve. In order to do this I am going to start off by cleaning them properly tonight (a little bit of TLC never hurt anyone), going to do a bit of an exfoliation treatment, clean the nails with some vinegar, push back my cuticles and start applying the following 2 products (since I already have them):
Tip Top’s Cuticle Treatment offers a super-rich formula which accommodates the nails needs and protects them from external conditions. Tip Top Cuticle Treatment is a natural blend of oils with the added benefit of vitamin E that acts as a powerful anti-oxidant to repair damaged, dry and problem skin areas. It emulates the natural sebum in the epidermis to repair and restore skin. Our exclusive recipe provides regeneration of rough, parched and ragged cuticles by protecting against moisture loss and creating a protective barrier to nourish and deeply hydrate. The special formula will reduce dried out, damaged nails, especially after increased contact with water, detergents, nail polish and nail polish removers.

I completely understand that it will take a while for my nails to recover and grow out healthy, but I am going to document the changes and the growth over a weekly/monthly basis.
I will also post before and after pics, so lets see how it goes (first pic of my gnarly nails and cuticles will follow later tonight :)).
